A tradie's day with FieldMax

From first job to knocking off — FieldMax runs in the background so you don't have to think about it.

Arrive at the job site

FieldMax detects you've arrived via geofencing and automatically starts your timesheet. Your customer gets an SMS letting them know you're there.

Complete your pre-start checklist

Your custom checklist is ready the moment you open the job. Tick items, enter serial numbers, take photos — all saved against the job.

Generate your job note in seconds

Fill in a few quick fields and AI writes a professional job note for you. Parts used automatically deduct from your van stock.

Scan any invoices before you leave

Point your camera at a paper invoice and FieldMax reads it, extracts all the details, and emails it to your accounts team — assigned to the job automatically.

Drive away — timesheet stops itself

When you leave the site geofencing stops the timer. Your timesheet is logged, the office is notified, and the customer gets a job complete SMS.

FieldMax ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988.

What we collect

We collect your email address when you register interest. Within the app, we collect job site arrival and departure times, job notes and checklists you complete, and stock usage data.

Location data

FieldMax detects when you arrive at or leave a job site during work hours only (7:00 AM – 6:00 PM). We do not track your location continuously, outside work hours, or between job sites. Location history is automatically deleted after 90 days.

How we use your data

Your data is used solely to provide the FieldMax service. We never sell your data to third parties or use it for advertising purposes.

Data security

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Credentials are stored in your device's secure enclave. Your company's data is fully isolated from other companies.
